Our library is looking for someone to handle questions about donations, resources, and other library matters.  The Coordinator

  • makes decisions about the disposition of donations and
  • assigns a classification for those donations to be added to the collection using a simplified scheme created by several members when the collection was established; 
  • promotes library use;
  • acts as liaison to ERUUF staff; and
  • consults professional librarians in the Fellowship as needed.

The Coordinator will work with the Library Manager, Trudie Davis-Long, who catalogs new acquisitions and posts them to the online system, processes and shelves the books, maintains circulation records, conducts periodic inventories, disposes of unwanted donations and keeps the collection organized.
